Rentals are available by the week or by the night.. We have 2 full apartment villas available. Both are beachfront, impeccably clean, spacious, with travertine marble floors, ceiling fans, color satellite TV, and air conditioning. Our grounds, with a fresh water infinity pool, Jacuzzi and beachfront stack up with some of the best anywhere.

Snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing are available from our in house PADI dive and water sports center located on the hotel grounds. Kayaks, boogie boards, snorkel and scuba gear are available for rent. We also rent and sell underwater cameras to catch those special memories. Great fishing, diving & snorkeling are right off our shore on the Great Mayan Reef. Our central location on the Yucatan allows easy access to Cancun, Tulum, Xel-ha, Xcaret, and more. We can give you directions if you have a car or we can arrange transportation or tours to most anywhere you might want to go. Click here to see some of the local attractions. Of course there is always Cancun and Playa del Carmen, if you need a night of faster paced action. Night clubs, world class restaurants and bars, movie theaters, great shopping and much more await you, within a short thirty minutes drive. We are ideally located in between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, so everything is close by. We have some outstanding local restaurants as well. Hola Asia, John Gray's Kitchen, Bodos, El Pescador and Cafe de Pto. Morelos really stand out.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT POLICY:
All payments are made by credit card using our on line secure reservation system. 50 % of the reservation is due upon booking and balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival there will be a one night charge. If you cancel after your final payment has been made there will be no refund but you will get credit for the nights to use at another time within 12 calendar months from cancellation date, subject to date availability.

SAFES IN ROOMS:
We have safes in every room for your valuables. We do recommend however, that you bring Travelers Checks instead of a extra cash because it is much safer. ATM machines are widely available for debit and credit card cash withdrawals. We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 1:00 PM: If you wish to stay at the resort after check out time there is a $15 per hour charge. Note: 12% IVA Mexican sales and hotel tax not included.

Dive Inclusive Year Round

All scuba dive inclusive rates are per couple. If your significant other is not a certified scuba diver, we offer PADI Discover Scuba pool lessons FREE with any 4 night stay. All other PADI courses are available through our on site professional PADI dive center. Dive inclusive stays include two tanks of boat diving daily, as well as FREE airport transfers when booked through our on line reservation system. We also offer special snorkeling tour rates for non divers staying in the same room with their diving companion. FREE snorkel trip to our beautiful reef for a non diving companion. (subject to availability)
