“Isla Holbox” to watch the
world´s largest fish “The Whale
Shark”.
Holbox is a beautifull fishermen´s
island in the Yum Balam
reserve that is 7 miles long and 1 mile
wide. Here you will be able to see flocks of
flamingos, herons, cormorants, pelicans and many
other bird species on your way to the
Whale Shark feeding areas

Itinerary: To get the
trip under way, an air conditioned van will pick you up
at your hotel at 5:00am if you are staying in Playa del
Carmen or 6:00am if you are staying in Cancun.
From your
hotel you will drive to Chiquila port where a motor boat
will be waiting to pick you up and take you through the
Yalahou lagoon, directly to the Whale Shark feeding
areas. Where you will be able to snorkel close to this
magnificent fish. On the way, a light breakfast,
ice cold water, and soft drinks will be provided along
with the spectacular amount of different bird species
that you will be able to observe

Recommendations: we recommend
